In the fall of 2019, a working showroom addition was added for its new and existing homeowners to experience. Baker Pipe & Parts boasts a vast inventory with more than 15,000 square feet of warehouse space to accommodate all projects, from a simple DIY project, a renovation, new residential and commercial construction.
Located in a small community, the company is continuously working to improve its scope of services by working directly with our customers to meet all their plumbing needs by stocking a wide variety of products. Offering onsite training for new and innovative products adds to the customer experience. The company is able to accomplish this by holding frequent counter days. This gives customers the opportunity to talk directly with the sales representatives from different manufacturers that the company offers and to get their hands on the most updated products it can provide them.
Kitchen and Bathworx Showroom
In addition to enhancing its counter sales experience, the company is constantly seeking to improve its operable showroom displays. The showroom displays offer customers real-life “at home” experiences. They can use the working displays in the showroom the way they would in their own home. This allows customers to test products such as kitchen faucets/sinks, shower heads, hand showers and body sprays. The company continuously adds new displays to the showroom floor to stay ahead of all the latest market trends.
